SELECTED WORK

The idea and the work behind it.

Client work, operating responsibility and systems built around a specific business need.

01PAID CLIENT WORK / BRAND & CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

Partnership Against Domestic Violence

A mission made visible.
Across every touchpoint.

My work for PADV spans corporate-partnership storytelling, new merchandise logos and apparel graphics, and a coordinated food-drive campaign. Each translates the organization’s mission into a different reason to engage.

Corporate partnerships
I developed The Next Chapter pitch deck: narrative, donor-facing copy, visual direction and stakeholder revisions.
Brand & merchandise
I created new merchandise marks and designs, with selected pieces moving into production.
Campaign delivery
A coordinated suite of print and digital food-drive assets for Eversheds Sutherland’s Atlanta office.

BRAND IDENTITY & MERCHANDISE

From supporter to brand advocate.

Hope in Action brings PADV’s mission into everyday use through a coordinated visual identity, apparel and supporter merchandise. The approved concept connects eight pieces through one shared purpose.

DVAM FOOD DRIVE / EVERSHEDS SUTHERLAND

A clear invitation to give.

I developed the campaign message and visual system across print and digital, guiding office donations and online giving through one coordinated call to action.

02ARCHITECTURE & PILOT PROPOSAL

The LY Studio / Little Yogis

One relationship model.
A clearer path to growth.

I designed a CRM architecture that connects families, participants, schools and employers without duplicating people or confusing the customer with the payer.

Every opportunity has an owner and a next action. Distinct sales workflows connect to enrollment, agreements and verified billing, giving the team a clearer view of both new business and ongoing relationships.

Architecture and pilot proposal. Platform selection, integrations and live implementation remain to be confirmed.

Metric definitions & sample reconciliation
Cash, commitments and balances

Cash: $8,540 in successful posted receipts − $300 refunds = $8,240. No chargeback debits in this sample. Fees and bank settlements are separate.

Recurring value: active commitments at agreed net monthly rates. Excludes one-off sales, future starts, cancellations and unpaid freezes; it is not cash received.

  • 32 × $120 · Adult memberships
  • 14 × $180 · ASP recurring enrollments
  • 1 × $460 · Community contract

Receivables: open invoice balances after credits and allocated payments, as of Sep 21. Past due means the due date precedes Sep 21; future unissued installments are excluded.

Conversion and operational controls

ASP conversion: unique qualified family opportunities reaching an accepted registration plus required payment, an approved plan or an approved comp within 30 days. All July opportunities have a complete observation window at this snapshot.

Repeat inquiries are not additional opportunities. Sources describe first touch, not causal attribution. Small sample sizes are shown; these fictional rates are not performance claims.

Next actions: six open tasks due Sep 21, plus two overdue tasks. Named owners are fictional. A past-due invoice and an overdue task are distinct exceptions.

Enrollment: seat counts describe participation, not revenue. School-paid agreements and family-paid enrollments must not count the same revenue twice.

Families & individuals

Inquiry → Fit → Registration → Enrollment

Separate the participant, guardian and payer. Confirm capacity, waivers and payment or an approved exception before activation.

Schools & organizations

Outreach → Proposal → Agreement → Launch

Track decision authority, approvals and follow-up. Distinguish school-paid contracts from parent-paid programs, then connect delivery to renewal.

Proposed pilot: prove one after-school program from inquiry to verified payment, with acceptance tests and a named operating owner before expanding.

03PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / DECEMBER 2025 TO MAY 2026
Signature Automotive website showing service positioning and customer contact pathways
Website work delivered in collaboration with ownership and outside vendors.

Signature Automotive Repair

The work behind customer acquisition.

As the sole internal marketing lead, I coordinated advertising, website delivery, SEO, vendor evaluation and customer intake. I managed approximately $10,000 in monthly advertising spend and evaluated more than 15 marketing and technology providers.

The work included a new website and SEO foundation, a structured vendor search, and redesigned phone-routing and intake workflows.

I co-founded Riche with Tayvin Remick to help small-business owners connect business structure, positioning and marketing. I personally acquired six paying clients and led discovery, strategy and proposal development.

THE CELEBRITY LINK

Write for the brand. Design for the feed.

A two-slide editorial carousel about Olivia Miles and GlassesUSA.com, developed in the format of The Celebrity Link’s recurring advertising series.

I selected the campaign angle, wrote the headline and supporting copy, chose imagery and adapted the layout to the established visual style.

Application exercise; not published. Source imagery and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

HUMAN-DIRECTED AGENTIC WORKFLOWS

I direct the workflow and own the judgment.

I combine ChatGPT and Codex with social media automation tools and structured data workflows to move from research to execution. My role is to define the objective, direct the process, validate the output and own the final decision.

  1. 01 / Define

    Start with the decision.

Set the objective, source material, constraints and acceptance criteria.

  2. 02 / Develop

    Build useful options.

Direct research, structure extracted data, develop campaign assets and build working prototypes.

  3. 03 / Review

    Check what matters.

Verify sources, calculations, duplicate records and visual quality. Review content before publication and resolve exceptions.

  4. 04 / Hand off

    Make the work reusable.

Deliver editable files, consistent templates and a clear next action.

Social media automation

Content scheduling, publishing workflows and reporting handoffs, with editorial review and platform-specific checks.

Database scraping & research

Structured extraction from permitted sources, followed by cleaning, deduplication and source checks for analysis and prospecting.

Agentic production

Research, copy, design and prototypes carried through iterative review into reusable campaign and operating assets.

MARKETING MEASUREMENT & APPLIED ANALYTICS

Make the evidence
useful.

I use GA4 to evaluate website acquisition and engagement, Google Ads reporting to assess paid-search performance, and Semrush to research keywords, competitors and search visibility. The purpose is to identify where performance needs attention and inform decisions about content, targeting and budget.

My graduate work in R and econometrics adds data preparation, visualization and statistical analysis to that marketing foundation. The examples below are academic analyses of historical financial, geographic and text data. I also co-authored an econometric study with Jaden Cheng, comparing four OLS specifications across 88 complete cases and distinguishing association from causation.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Strategy, systems
and execution.

I am a marketing and business-development professional who connects strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. I can shape the message, build the supporting process and use evidence to improve the next decision.

My current work spans PADV’s partnership materials, merchandise design and campaign execution; CRM architecture and business-development planning for The LY Studio; and marketing and PR with VUE Atlanta. As co-founder of Riche Small Business Solutions, I lead client discovery, strategy and proposal development.

That work builds on owning marketing operations at Signature Automotive and a strong sales foundation at Bozzuto. I bring experience coordinating stakeholders, evaluating vendors and turning an open-ended brief into work a team can use.

I am completing an MBA and an M.A. in Economics, Analytics Track, at Georgia State University, with expected graduation in December 2027. My graduate training supports a practical approach to research, measurement and commercial judgment.
